MISSION STATEMENT
The Substance Abuse Council is a 501 ©3 nonprofit agency that provides education, outreach, assessment and referral services to the Texoma community in an effort to prevent or intervene in the process of alcoholism, drug addiction and the use of tobacco and alcohol by minors. The Council also acts as the lead agency for the Community Coalition, and has a commitment to area youth and families to provide an array of services through the Texoma Community Connection Center. Our commitment is to “Family” because it determines the strength of the community’s future.
