MISSION STATEMENT

The continuing effort to prevent, intervene and delay onset of use of alocohol, tobacco and other drugs in our community. Our projects are designed to educate, empower and motivate positive youth action through the implementation of science based school programs and collaborative efforts.

The Substance Abuse Council is a 501@c3 nonprofit agency.
